I found yoga when a car accident led me to side line my high impact workouts and I started practicing yoga on YouTube. I fell in love with the connection to my body, the muscles I never knew I had, the breath I had rarely paid attention to and the thoughts that I would let race without question.
The physical awareness that can be created from yoga or mobility alone is magical, but I've found that it is amplified with specific movement modalities and impactful cueing.

Brendan has always been passionate about movement, from youth athletics to high school varsity sports. However, in college his movement patterns slowed and he began to feel the negative side effects of moving less. That's when he enrolled in Penn State University's yoga kinesiology course. This class sparked a passion for moving on the yoga mat that has only grown for him over the years through numerous certifications and trainings.
Brendan is a certified Personal Trainer and LYT Method ™ Yoga Teacher. He specializes in functional movement training for people of all ages and his goal is, as he puts it, "to help you become more physically adaptable!"

To live, we must breathe. Like the breath, movement is essential. My goal is to teach you to move WELL for life. My style of yoga honors the body’s desire to move and to bring you freedom in movement.
So many of us walk about in pain, with poor posture, and limited range of motion. My teaching is based on the LYT™ Yoga Method, created by licensed physical therapist and celebrated yoga teacher Lara Heiman. I help you champion strength, balance, and resilience for EVERYBODY.
By combining the LYT Yoga Method and my 20+ years of experience teaching and studying yoga, I offer you a balanced, safe, and sustainable practice to last a lifetime.

Developed by Physical Therapist, Lara Heimann, LYT Method Yoga is the only style of yoga grounded in the functional teachings of physical therapy and the principles of neurodevelopmental sequencing and anatomy. It is a sophisticated method that champions strength and freedom for every body. LYT classes emphasize intelligent sequencing, smart cueing, alignment, and functional movement.
We utilize brain mapping to re-wire poor movement habits resulting in a sustainable practice that helps you move better not only on your mat, but more importantly, in your life.
FUNCTIONAL RANGE
SYSTEMS™
Developed by world-renowned musculoskeletal, and human movement expert Dr. Andreo Spina, Functional Range Conditioning (FRC®), is a system of joint health, and mobility training based in scientific principals and research. Mobility refers to the amount of USABLE motion that one possesses across a particular articulation (joint). The more mobile a person is, the more they are able to maximize their movement potential safely, efficiently, and effectively.
The Functional Range Assessment utilizes a method to determine passive and active ranges of motion to put together a plan of action utilizing the FRC system.
