I'm a beginner. Can I do this?
-These classes are for anyone and everyone- regardless of age, experience level or ability. We teach in a way that allows the concepts to almost always be applied to everyone. So, don't worry if you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner, everything can be leveled up or down.
what is the format?
-Classes are all on demand, on a video player platform. You can access them from any device so you can practice from anywhere.
how long will it take?
Most videos are 15 minutes, some less and some more. We want you to stay consistent, so we focused on short and compact to help you accomplish this! The exception is the full class each week (these are 45 minutes). Hopefully, you keep up with the daily CARs as well, as you learn a new one each week (this should take about a minute or so for each one).
whEN are the live calls?
-The live calls are October 9th at 2 pm EST and November 13th at 2 pm EST. The live class is December 30th at 10 am EST. These will be recorded and uploaded to the program page.
what about the extra live classes?
-The additional live classes are held on zoom and are OPTIONAL. You receive a full class on demand already, but if you choose to join a live class during the 12 weeks, you are welcome to! These are Mondays at 9:30 am EST. These will not be uploaded to the program page.
is this one time pricing or a monthly fee?
-The program is purchased ONE TIME and gives you 12 months of access guaranteed (if the program is still offered in the same format after the 12 months, you will continue to have access then as well).
what happens after I complete the program?
-You should be able to implement what you have learned in as little as 15 minutes each day- and you can sprinkle it throughout the day or practice it in one chunk. Additionally, you will be able to utilize the knowledge you have gained in your everyday movement practice and life!
