Join Yoga Teacher and Mobility Specialist, Katrina Latimer in this 3 week series to help you alleviate the negative implications of your everyday stress. Katrina is an E-RYT 500 instructor with over 800 hours of training in yoga, anatomy, mobility and mindfulness. And she wants use her tools and teachings to help you live more mindfully and less stressed.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO LEARN

  • We'll learn about stress, how it affects our bodies and the impact that has on us​

  • Discover different ways to move, how those affect us and explore how to tailor your movement to your energy/ stress levels

  • Learn techniques to help you create more awareness of your emotions and how to bring more mindfulness into your life

  • Explore and implement mindfulness techniques to help you remain present and attentive to your stress levels 

  • Uncover new ways to help you cope with your reactions to stress in your life

  • Find breath, meditation and mindfulness techniques, including tapping to bring more awareness into your life

  • Use myofascial release to release tension and learn easy ways to implement these in your life

  • Walk away with a better understanding of stress, its impact, tools for movement, mindfulness, breath and more

  • Receive PDFs of tips and tricks to remind yourself of what you learned

  • Join a community of like minded individuals to complete this series alongside

THE DETAILS:
  • CHOOSE VIRTUAL OR IN PERSON (Tejas Yoga Lab, Cornelius, NC, US)

  • 3  CONSECUTIVE WEEKS ($90 for ENTIRE SERIES!)

  • 75 min sessions (6:30 pm - 7:45 pm EST, 7/29, 8/5, 8/12)
